Refund policy
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our products, but please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
As the pastries are freshly made products on the fulfilment day specified on the website of each item, we cannot deliver them/ offer collection on any other days, unless this has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. If you are unable to accept the delivery or collect your order on the fulfilment day specified on the website, you must notify us in advance.
Refunds
If you are unable to collect the items or accept the delivery, you must notify us in advance, otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund. You must give us at least 24 hours notice prior to the fulfilment date, as selected at checkout. Failure to do so, may result in a refund request being denied.
If a refund request has been agreed, we will notify you once your refund has been processed and if this is accepted you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
