Crafted using Premium Grands Moulins T65 French Wheat flour, this is our Signature White Sourdough. Naturally leavened and Fermented for over 24 hours, it delivers an Open crumb and a deeply Flavoured Stone-baked. Crust. Its the Ultimate everyday fable bread.
Recommended Usage: Makes great toast with quality butter and flakey sea salt.
Also makes a belter sandwich, baker's favourite is a chicken club.
Recommended Storage: Enjoy it fresh on the day, or the day after the bake, wrap if storing ambient and if not, freeze after cutting it (easier to cut a day after purchase), refresh in the oven at a later date.
