A naturally leavened white sourdough made using a 72-hour levain fermentation process to develop exceptional flavour, texture and keeping quality. Slow-fermented and baked to a golden crust, this loaf has a light, open crumb with a subtle tang and a balanced, clean flavour. Versatile and delicious, it's perfect for toast, sandwiches, or simply enjoyed fresh with butter.
