Baker's Century Loaf
A naturally leavened artisan sourdough crafted with a blend of rye and century bread flour and fermented using a 72-hour levain process. This extended fermentation develops a deep, complex flavour and exceptional texture, finished with a beautifully dark crust. Rich, hearty and full of character, this loaf is ideal for toast, sandwiches, or simply enjoyed with good butter. A baker's favourite.
