A complex, stoneground heritage loaf blending classic french wheat with a specialty Century grain mix. This rustic hardy loaf contains 5 distinct grains - Including Spelt, Khorasan ancient wheat, Rye, and a touch of Buckwheat and Malted barley. The result is a highly flavourful, hearty loaf strong in aroma with an open crumb and dark, rustic finish.

Recommended Usage: Pairing With Sharp British cheeses and chutneys. Or take it as it comes and dip in a nice olive oil.

Recommended Storage: Enjoy it fresh on the day, or the day after the bake, wrap if storing ambient and if not, freeze after cutting it (easier to cut a day after purchase), refresh in the oven at a later date.
