Using our authentic Grand Moulins T65 French wheat flour, our baguettes use a a high hydration to achieve an incredibly open, glassy crumb underneath a stone-baked golden crust. Our baguettes are carefully shaped every morning for maximum crispiness and freshness. A real test of a bakers skill, but worth the end result. Enjoyed fresh on a warm day.
Recommended usage: Classic picnic sandwiches, tearing and sharing, dipping in gazpacho.
Recommended Storage: Best enjoyed fresh.
